LEARN MORE ABOUT THE PROCESS OF THERAPY

"These pains you feel are messengers. Listen to them." Rumi

Coming for therapy provides pause for thought and gives you the opportunity to take your questions, or troubling feelings on and allow for a closer look at what is happening. To be met where you are and feel heard in a confidential, non-judgemental space.
