WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS DOES SUZANNA MACKENZIE TAKE?
Invoices are sent out by email at the end of each month.
Payments can be made by: Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer or Online Payment.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ON-GOING AND TIME LIMITED THERAPY?
Sessions which are on-going may give an opportunity to really filter down to what might be underlying issues for you. By reviewing your progress over time, a sense of change can be discovered. On the other hand sometimes knowing how many sessions there will be at the outset can help bring sharp focus to a problem when there are particular issues to get a hold of. This way of working is called time-limited, or short-term therapy.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
All therapy sessions are 50 mins.
IS THERE A WAITING ROOM AT THE STUDIO?
No, there is no waiting room available at The Studio.
All clients are asked to arrive punctually at the time of their scheduled session to ensure discretion and privacy.
WHAT IF I'M RUNNING LATE, OR NEED TO CANCEL MY SESSION?
If you think you may be late or need to cancel your scheduled session at The Studio, you can call Suzanna on 07970 420283 to let her know.
*Where necessary or appropriate, your session may be rescheduled for another time.
WHERE IS THE STUDIO?
The Studio is Suzanna's private practise consulting room, which is located next the her home.
